Mckiztosh Dance exists to support women who may be feeling disconnected, isolated, or lacking confidence — whether in their bodies, social lives, or themselves.

Through accessible, inclusive, movement-based workshops and programmes, this work helps women:

  • Develop greater body awareness and self-trust

  • Support mental and emotional wellbeing through movement and self-expression

  • Reduce stress and tension in a healthy, grounded way

  • Form genuine social connections with other women

DANCE TRAINING & KIZOMBA STYLING

Alongside confidence-focused movement work, Mckiztosh Dance also offers Kizomba dance training, including women’s styling and technique coaching.

This is for dancers who want to:

  • Develop feminine movement and styling

  • Improve body control, flow, and musicality

  • Build confidence in social dance spaces​

Options include:

  • 1:1 private sessions (in person and online)

  • Pre-recorded courses

  • Guest teaching at workshops and events

CHRISTINA MCINTOSH - Founder

A grounded approach to movement

Mckiztosh Dance was founded by Christina McIntosh to offer an alternative to rigid technique-based dance spaces.

With a background in Kizomba dance and movement facilitation, Christina creates experiences that prioritise:

  • Feeling comfortable rather than “getting it right”

  • Confidence over perfection

  • Presence over performance

The focus is simple: helping women feel more like themselves in their bodies.
